R. Kelly (Robert Sylvester Kelly) was faced with the prospect of decades in prison when jumped off the Orange County Court House today. He was supposed to be guarded at all times, but was able to sneak away during a shift change and reached the top of the 50 story court house.
Video and audio surveillance which has not been released to the public, shows the singer taking a running dive while singing his hit song, “I believe I can fly”. You can hear him continue singing until the inevitable happens and he hits the ground.
Turns out he could not fly. Many people are upset as Kelly should have been on suicide watch. Remember it was not all that long ago that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead inside his cell under suspicious circumstances. While this incident doesn’t feel as nefarious as the Epstein death, it does beg the question, “Who unshackled him?”. It seems that question will likely go unanswered as officials are keen to move on from all things R. Kelly.
